Stock

Please note, this can vary slightly dependant on brand.

If there is an item you want to purchase that isn’t in stock, when you select the item and the size you need, a box will appear for you to fill in your details and will notify you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Orders

If you can email us within 12 hours of placing your order, we will be able to amend or cancel the order. After this, we may not be able to make any changes to your order as it may already be in process. Please email customercare@sheselected.com.

If you receive your order and it isn’t correct or there is something missing, please email us at customercare@sheselected.com and we will endeavour to resolve this urgently.

If you order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please email us with your order number at customercare@sheselected.com

If you order arrives and you have received a faulty item, please email us with your order number and the faulty item at customercare@sheselected.com

Returns

If you returned something to us but have not heard from us within 5 working days, please email us with your order number and the item/items you have returned at customercare@sheselected.com. If it has not been 5 working days, we may still be in the processing your return.

If you have mislaid your return note, don’t worry. All you need to do is email us at customercare@sheselected.com with your return number and we will promptly email you over a copy of your return note.

If you have checked out our “Returns and Exchanges” page on the website but you still have some questions, please email us at customercare@sheselected.com with all your questions we will be able to help.
