Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all the tags, as long as they are returned within 21 days of being received. Anything returned that has been used, damaged, marked or without the tags will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. Return costs are covered by us if the order value is £100 or above - UK orders only. If your order value is below £100, the return cost will be paid by you. If the full shipping cost is not paid, we will not fund the rest and we will not receive the parcel.
We do not put return slips in our box to save to paper. If you would like to return or exchange anything, please use our Returns Portal.
If your order value is £100 or above please email us at: email@example.com and we will send you your returns slip. Please make sure you clearly indicate which items you are returning and specify if you would like to exchange or refund the item and the reason for return/exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please make sure you let us know the size you would like to exchange it for.
If there are any items that are not eligible for a refund, we will make sure this is clear before you complete your purchase.
If your items are returned after the 28 days of the order date, unfortunately we are not able to accept them and they will be shipped back to you.
